Great food , grinders are delicious! Friendly staff , quick service.

I make a point of stopping when I'm in the area, for the yummy food and excellent service.

Two single item pies and 2 orders of wings came to $71.71, when the food with tax total was $63.80. Would have liked to have gotten a copy of the receipt but the delivery driver didn't give me one. Pizza was cut like a grid which makes it difficult to eat, especially when it's not cut all the way. Two stars because the wings were excellent.

First time I ate here was last week. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza. It was amazing. Yes the prices are expensive but it's worth it! I see all of the comments about the prices, but everything is home made. I know this because I wanted to buy the buffalo sauce and asked where they got it, and they said its home made. WHAT A BUMMER... They should bottle it! I'd much rather have an expensive pizza from Tommy's instead of a 99 cent paper thin slice of pizza with bland FAKE cheese from Cumby's. All of the waitresses are very nice and respectful. Nothing to complain about.

Our family never misses coming to Tommy's whenever we visit the area. I have been getting the (to die for) Genoa Grinders since 1973..when I used to work at Pratt and Whitney I found this to be a great little treasure. Now my in-laws, their kids, my kids and my grandkids consider Tommy's as a must do everytime we come back. Great food, great service...we just love Tommy's!

New to Portland so like most newbies i searched to find the best food around. I hear about Tommy’s so I checked them out. When it was time for my order to be taken i was told by the cashier that they have the best pizza in town. WELL SHE LIED what she should have said is they have the best pizza in CT.

Good food, good service. A staple in Portland's take out scene. But also s good little place to dine in. Interesting set up as the waitresses handle baking the pizzas up front behind the counter.

Some of the best wings around but prepare for a greasy meal!

Visited Monday for Kids make their own pizza’s Night! Such a great way to enjoy dinner with my girls. The staff was welcoming and so accommodating. We had a great time AND delicious pizza.And oh! Their house salad dressing is the best EVER!!!! Always has been 😉

Foods good but every time we get delivery I call an hour later and they say they "were just about to call".... just be up front and admit you forgot our order or tell it's going to be an hour wait I'm cool with that.

Food's good, if you are picking up at a busy time, add at least 10 minutes to what ever they tell you on the phone.

My girlfriend and I love their pizza's, always good. However, 4 out of the last 5 times we've ordered from there, I always ended up waiting longer than they said. I always order over the phone, and always come at the later time that they give me. I don't mind waiting an extra 5 minutes or so, especially if it's a bigger order, but the last 5 times all we've ended up ordering was a small cheese pizza. I get there and ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes or so extra. Now, I wouldn't mind if it was a bigger order, but it was always a small cheese pizza. We love their food (especially their wings!) but it is a pain having to wait almost double the time they estimated for one small item.

Meat lovers was delicious!

2 of the 3 burgers we ordered we're burnt. The red sauce on my meatball grinder was more like salsa not marinara. We had to look for sugar for our coffee because we could not get our waitresses attention. I spent $100 and left disappointed.

I was never a fan of their pizza or Italian dishes, but the Sara's Turkey Burger and the House Burger with fries are fantastic. The Wings are good too. Probably some of the best "Bar Food" I've ever had, fairly cheap with large portions. I've been to the restaurant 6-7 times with family and friends, and ordered delivery from them 5-6 times within the last 2 yrs (3/22/2017) and I haven't had a bad meal yet. Highly recommended.

The marinated grilled chicken on a salad or in a grinder is the best. Fresh, with their own special marinade! Their wings are amazing too!!!!! Many flavors and different levels of heat. Best wings in the area.

The White pizza here is phenomenal.

Not bad the chicken is good. The pizza is a little hot. My friend really liked his gluten-free pizza because it tasted like pizza.

Very good, local spot. Staff is very pleasant and courteous. I have tried several items off their menu and really liked chicken pesto pizza and pastrami grinder.Will definitely come back to try out more.

Called twice and it seems that 1 person said they deliver to Middletown and when I called back to confirm my order another person said they can't deliver to Middletown. Do us a favor and get it together. I order from the chinChi place right next door to them with no problem. They really need to expand the delivery area!!!!

Tommy's has great food best taste Ever! And their new bottle dressing is to die for♥️ Anything you get you will come back for more..Billy and his staff make you feel welcome and delivery is great just in case you can't make it out...If they had 10 stars I would....I love their meat lovers pizza the best! So go and give them a shout!

Best Buffalo chicken pizza I've ever had. I'm never disappointed regardless of what we order there. Highly recommended!!

The food is pretty good. It's a typical pizza place, nothing extraordinary. But I can't bring myself to go back there because of the prices. They are really outrageous for a place of this caliber. They charge more than most upscale places I have been to. They really are losing business because of the prices. I would probably go there all the time, but I have never gone back simply because of the prices.
